Ahhhh Beautiful North Carolina

North Carolina is beautiful this time of the year, or at least it was last week.

Mr Schmidt and I took a little time off last week to visit the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We spent 3 days hiking, camping and enjoying Milo. And along with camping, comes camp fires. Almost 2 years after later, we are able to make start a fire using 1 match and no plastic paper. All of our camping neighbours had huge roaring fires aided by copious amounts of lighter fluid. But how can you cook on such a fire? They don't. The others had camp stoves. Booooo!!!
