Headline from The Nation

Some day, I'll have to post a real post on here, detailing the finer points of my life over the past almost-two years.

But, until then, I'll just post this picture that my missionary friends sent me. Read the article; the headline alone just isn't enough. (You can click on the picture to get a bigger version.)

Btw, I set myself (and Stephanie) up as authors on here. You all can do the same by logging in as normal, going to settings and adding yourself as an author, or send me a note, and I'd be happy to do it. I think anyone with a gmail account can be set up as an author. That way, you no longer have to remember the blog account information. (I didn't want to do it without individual permission, since I believe that ends up publicly linking your email address to the blog.)

Malawian Dreams

Hello everyone,

I've been having quite a few dreams about Malawi lately. And as the months pass, the dreams include more and more of my friends and family fromt eh US in Malawi with me. What about you? I'm curious if any of you are dreaming about Malawi, and what those dreams me to you.

My most recent dream involved our Peace Corps home in Ngabu getting entirely remodelded by the school and my mother-in-law. When I got back to the house there was a stove and oven and fireplace (very silly in hot Chikwawa) and a television and carpet. I was very distressed in the dream and wanted me old house back.

Anyone else? What are your dreams about Malawi?

Stephanie
